Food Frenzy Friday –

I love Mexican food – I love salsa and I love chips. I love stuff to dip chips in and then moan. Hereโ€™s a new recipe to do just that –

  • Sour Cream (1 c)
  • Salsa (1/4 c)
  • Zesty Catalina Salad Dressing (1/4 c)
  • Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
  • Worcestershire Sauce (2 tbsp)

This is a taste until you like it project, so I provided estimates. We like it zippy but sweet too. I use a restaurant style or fresh salsa – others are too salty with too much stuff in it. If you donโ€™t have the Zesty Catalina Salad Dressing use the regular but add a touch of cayenne or Tabasco. You could use sriracha sauce too, but very little.

We love this on taco salad with ground beef or chicken. Tacos, nachos or just chips out of the bag. It is KILLER over sliced tomatoes and avocados too. It sounds VERY WEIRD but it is oh soooo good. Try it – youโ€™ll like it!!!!
